How much does a Big Mac cost around the world?

The price of a McDonald's Big Mac – for decades the simplest gauge of whether a currency is cheap or dear. The burger is the same everywhere, so the price gap after converting to one currency shows what money is really worth in each country. The Economist collects the prices twice a year.
